This afternoon sunshine came in through a window, hit a fish tank, 

and sent a perfect rainbow reflection on the floor.

This picture makes me think of something alienish, 

with tentacles reaching out to grab you!
And the sky is just as grey today as when I took the photo in December...

Guest Heart Thursday from Clytie at Random Hearts.

My brand new grandson  ♥ Helmer ♥ is all about love and cuteness, 

and look, he even has a heart in his ear!

Other hearts this week include a heart shaped pattern in tree bark.

A tree bark heart on the ground.

A straw heart, and it was so windy I couldn't believe it kept it's shape!

Another rock heart.

And another fungus heart.

A heat shaped by some old farm equipment.

And finally, the hearts inside my favorite coffee mug.

Guest Heart Thursday #44

Guest Heart Thursday from Clytie at Random Hearts.

Since Valentine's Day is coming up, I thought I'd show a Valentine's Card that my dad gave me when I was 5-6 years old, in the late 50's. We lived in the US at the time, and moved back to Norway in 1960.

A magazine heart, the ad is for kitchen designs, and it says: 

More love in the kitchen!

And then of course some hearts from our walks this week:

An ocean spray heart.

How do I describe this one? A negative ocean spray heart? 

A heart where the ocean spray is not?

Two puddle hearts.

A couple of rock hearts.

And finally double moss hearts.

The waiting is over!

We are proud and grateful to be able to announce that we have a Grandson! 

3376 grams, 48 cm, born just before midnight on Febr.9th. 

All is well with ♥ baby boy ♥ and parents. 

And with the grandparents :-)

We'll be heading over to the hospital in the morning, 

and then I'll have pictures to post :-)
