as we entered Queensland, Australia, in March 2008.
Today Queensland is a totally different story, and my thoughts go to those who have been affected by either the flood or the hurricane, or both. It has been devastating for every person, and for the country.

what happened to parts of Australia was unbelievable. flood is devastating--i live in a country where natural disasters are part of everyday life.
