There is an old graveyard, situated among moors and hills, close to the rocky coastline of western Norway. In the old days there were no roads here, the sea was their highway between communities. It was their livelihood and in very many cases, their death. And after that, it was the road to their last resting place. These graves are from the the 18. century, and they bear witness to lives lived in this harsh environment. Many died young.
And of course, there were hearts.
