The Weekend in Black and White

This is a "natural" black & white shot;
the world was simply black and white that day.

This photo also appears in the post

Lovely B&W, Inger. Bet you had a great time taking care of Helmer the other day--he is so darn cute! Mickie :)

the branches of the conifers are like damsels on the rocks, bidding me to continue on along the curving road to my doom. A very nice story-telling feel to this photograph.

Beautiful snowy scenery, wonderful B & W.

We're still waiting for this kind of winter scene. We've had a bit of snow here and there, but then unseasonably warm temps and then rain. Gorgeous shot.

Hi there - I have just returned from the wild, woolly and less that wonderful world of wireless only internet - so now I'm catching up.

Great black and white – I do miss the snow!

The trees look like lace -- I can see that no editing was required for B&W on this shot. It looks beautiful. (And, for me, exotic).
